Bumpers Franchise Models
We offer franchise models beyond our traditional drive-in franchise to meet growing demand of Consumers.
At Bumpers® we have expanded beyond the original drive-in model established in 1983 to meet the growing need of consumers in rural communities in the sunbelt states. Although our roots are in Mississippi, we know that our products and service will carry our brand far beyond the South East United States in the years to come.
Bumpers currently offers three franchise models - our traditional drive in concept, a free standing dine in concept and a dine/drive thru retail end cap model. In certain circumstances, we can assist with conversion of an existing retail spaces so long as they make sense in a case by case basis.

Bumpers Traditional Drive-In Franchise
Our original drive-in model is the core of our business. This standard store layout typically features 16 to 26 drive-in stalls, patio seating and requires a site that is approximately ½ to ¾ of an acre for optimum build-out. This model is only available for Operating Partners with a limit of 5-7 locations in a close geographic area at this time. Operating Partners must operate one location for a minimum of one year before they can place a manager in the location and expand their number of locations.
Bumpers Indoor Dining Model
As Bumpers realizes that our traditional Drive In model may not be the best fit for certain location, we have developed a free standing dine in location. These free standing dine in models also offer patio seating, as well as a drive-thru. These locations are also only available for Operating Partners with a limit of 5-7 locations in a close Geographic are at this time. Bumpers C-store Model
Bumpers end-cap units as part of busy Convenience Store with Gas. The Convenience store should have at least 8,000 customer weekly and/or sell a minimum of 70,000+ gallons of gas per month. This model has been highly successful on busy highways and is currently offered as a purely franchise model but does require the operating manager to complete an extensive multi-week training program and obtain certification in Bumpers Stars and Stripes program.
